I met Jerry when I started working at USAID. It was truly pleasure seeing/working with him in the General Counsel Office. Always had an inviting spirit. RIP Jerry. My condolence to his family and friends, I know he will be missed.

Dear Family,
I first met Jerry when visiting a friend at Columbia. I did not see him again until I worked with him at USAID. It was a pleasure working with him. Jerry became a friend as well as a reliable colleague. He remained the wonderful gentleman that I'd met many years while in college. My prayers are with you. RIP my friend.
