As I write this I am still having a tough time believing my aunt is gone. But I am so glad that I will see her again and that she is experiencing that peace we all want to experience when it is our time to go. Her legacy is simple. Love & Strength. She was filled with love for God, family and friends and I will alwasy admire her quiet strength. She will be missed.

Praise Jesus for allowing me to have Joan L. Harris as a mom. Many know me as the little bad girl but my mom never gave up on me. She was just expressing to me about how she is so glad I finally got myself together and how I love Jesus now. Just know the facts she was never sick or had a medical issue just left earth by heart attack. So she did not suffer long and I am so blessed and at peace about this. I will miss her as my mom and sister in Christ, I will continue going to our bible study at her church home! They really loved her! Thanks for all the love showed no matter how small it really helped me get through this time. Love Avizz (AV) daughter for life!

Joan, I did not know you or ever met you, but I felt that I did thru your sister Carol who is a very special friend and a work partner of mine for years. I felt I knew you because Carol loved you so much, she admired you and always spoke beautifully of you. I'm so sorry for what happen to you, but our amazing God (Jehovah Psalms 83:18) has us all in his spirit for a wonderful new future. (John 5:28,29) May you rest in peace for now.
